As we approach the end of a busy summer, now seems like a good time to reflect on how far we have come and how much has been achieved…

Whilst demand for our services has increased, it has also evolved.  Therefore, we have adapted to create a service that is unique to the area.  First of all, to build on the opportunities for growth and expansion, we have built strong relationships with local service providers and businesses.  Furthermore, we have developed a team of hard working employees, keen to enhance our services and drive the business forward.

Banks Property Services evolved from sister company, The Secret Housewife.  As a provider of high end housekeeping services to both primary and second home owners in Poole, The Secret Housewife made its mark as a trusted service, holding keys and delivering exceptional service.  As a result, the business developed and the demand for added extras such as window cleaning and gardening became apparent.

When current directors, Lisa and Phil Pay, took over the business, the company was known as Banks Property Management.  However, since their key focus is on offering exceptional levels of service to customers, they decided to change the name to Banks Property Services.

Lisa and Phil have dedicated their lives to looking after their customers’ Second Homes, hence earning recognition from clients and local businesses as honest, hardworking, organised and discreet and their desire to exceed expectations shines through.  Because of this approach, all of their team follow closely in their footsteps.
