If you’re planning to go away for Christmas, or your second home will be left unoccupied, our regular Security and Condition checks will give you the peace of mind that your property is safe and well.  We can make as many or as few visits as you would like, reporting back each time.  That way, you can relax and enjoy the festive period wherever you are, free of concern about your property.

During our thorough checks, we will ensure all windows and doors are locked and secure, that any outbuildings are secured and that there are no signs of unwanted visitors.  We will also check for obvious signs of water leaks, power failures etc.  In the unlikely event we do find anything untoward, we will let you know immediately and take the appropriate action to make sure your property is secured and that the necessary steps are taken to put things right for you.
